Stop making contract signing so difficult

Here's a surprising stat: based on thousands of Surf Office hotel contracts, less than 5% of hotels use digital signatures.

Instead, we get contracts in PDF, Word, and even Excel (yep, Excel contracts), expecting us to print, sign, and send them back. That’s a lot of unnecessary steps.

We use Pandadoc, where we can just upload, add signature fields, and share a link to sign online. It’s a breeze for us, but it highlights a missed opportunity for hotels.

Digital signing tools kile Docusign or Dropbox Sign cost very little per month and they save clients the headache of manual signatures.

You shouldn’t really be in the mindset of pinging over a PDF file and expecting the client to work it all out on their own.

If you want a smooth, client-friendly process, then make signing simple and go digital. Your clients will thank you.
