Buttons a ‘testing room’

Most guests won’t tell you what’s wrong.

Not because they don’t care, but because it’s easier to stay quiet, check out politely… and never return.

That’s why hotels should take a cue from those smiley-face feedback buttons in public toilets. One press, instant opinion. (Just wash your hands after.)

Now imagine that idea built into a ‘testing room’, a dedicated space with quick-feedback buttons next to key features:

  • 🌡️ Next to the A/C: Was the temperature easy to manage?
  • 🛏️ By the bed: How were the mattress and pillows?
  • 👂 Other side: Was it noisy overnight?
  • ✨ Bathroom: Was it clean enough?
  • 👩‍💻 Desk: Did the Wi-Fi hold up?

If it’s quick and discreet to say something was off, why not make it possible?
